Katy Perry to release 'Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection' in March
Katy Perry's ‘Teenage Dream’ re-release has got an official title and release date. In Amazon, the repackage of the 2010 summer album is subtitled ‘The Complete Confection’ and listed as a goodie that will be made available for purchase in the United States on March 13. Katy reworked some unreleased songs from her scrap pile for the ‘Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection’. Back in October 2011, it's confirmed that the estranged wife of Russell Brand teamed up with top-notch producer Christopher ‘Tricky’ Stewart to touch up the leftovers. Katy Perry herself has just wrapped up her lengthy California Dreams tour. She closed the gig on January 22 at SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds in Manila, Philippines. |

Simon Cowell: Mezhgan Hussainy and I have 'Quite a Complicated Relationship'
Simon Cowell finally confessed that he and fiancée Mezhgan Hussainy is technically no longer together. In a recent interview with the Sunday Mirror, the current judge on ‘The X Factor (US)’ described his relationship with the make-up artist as something ‘quite complicated’. According to Simon, they had a break from each other, and are still incredibly close though he claims to be vulnerable. It's not on, it's not off, it's somewhere in the middle. Simon does not know if he will ever get married, but he is happy. Cowell and Hussainy got engaged in February 2010, but were soon plagued with rumors of separation. |

Kris Humphries splits with PR firm after Kim Kardashian crisis
Kris Humphries has broken up with his publicity team after only 73 days of partnership. The former husband of Kim Kardashian has parted ways with Anderson Public Relations due to a ‘major disagreement over a long-term strategy for Kris' off-the-court career’, according to TMZ. Humphries hired the team when he required lots of publicity following his infamous split from Kardashian. The sportsman was married to the reality star only for 72 days, prompting questions whether the marriage was real after all. He needed some advice to handle his image through the hard times. The partnership did not continue after the crisis. APR in particular was unhappy of the outcome of their client's appearance on "Good Morning America" last month in which he avoided questions about Kardashian. |

Joe Paterno has died, family confirmed
Just hours after it was reported that legendary former football coach at Penn State University, Joe Paterno, was in critical condition, news came that he has died at the age of 85. Paterno has been battling treatable form of lung cancer and he experienced complications from the cancer treatment in the past week. Paterno holds the record for most victories by a Division I football coach with 405 while leading the Nittany Lions. He was the coach at Penn State for 46 years, until he was fired by the school last November following the sexual abuse scandal against his former assistant coach, Jerry Sandusky. In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family requests that donations be made to the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania or the Penn State-THON, The Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon. |

Drunken Andy Dick hitchhiked his way home
Andy Dick was acting out gain, this time getting into an argument with a bar patron and then hitchhiked his way home. Only a few days ago, the former ‘Celebrity Rehab’ star was accused of assaulting a tourist on Hollywood Boulevard. The troubled comedian, according to New York Post, hit Sunset Strip's Rainbow Bar & Grill on Tuesday, January 17 night. He exchanged heated words with a bar patron and left the place to enter Rock & Reilly's which was just across the street. Tourists reportedly bought him rounds of shots at the bar and Andy's mood soon changed. But Andy carried on the night until the bar closed down. He then went home by hitchhiking.

Mary J. Blige contributing song for military rape documentary
Grammy winner Mary J. Blige is taking part in a news documentary about rape in U.S. military. The R 'n' B star attended the premiere of ‘The Invisible War’ at the Sundance Film Festival on Friday, January 20.
Her song ‘Need Someone’ is already featured in the closing credits of the movie but film producer Amy Zierig said that Blige would contribute an original song for the movie after the Sundance festival. Blige had contributed to film soundtracks before, among those is ‘The Living Proof’ for the film ‘The Help’. She received a nomination for Best Original Song at the Golden Globes this year. ‘Invisible War’ tells the experiences of men and women who are sexually assaulted by their military colleagues and the difficulty of prosecuting their attackers. |

Heidi Klum and Seal going for a divorce
Heidi Klum and Seal are heading to Splitsville, it has been reported. Several sources told celebrity websites that the power couple is set to file for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court this coming week.
According to sources, it's true and it's a sad end to the fairytale. They love each other very much, but they have had a very tense time in the last year. Klum and Seal tied the knot in May 2005 and have three biological children together. Seal adopted Klum's daughter, Leni, from previous relationship. They were known for renewing their wedding vows in lavish ceremonies each year. It is known that the couple was seen together the last time on December 26 in a photo that appeared on her Twitter. They were taking holiday in Aspen. |

Al Green approves President Obama's 'Let's Stay Together' cover
Al Green has learned that President Barack Obama sang one of his classic singles, ‘Let's Stay Together’, and he gives his thumbs-up to the Commander-in-chief. In a statement to TMZ, the music vet calls the cover ‘terrific’. Green was thrilled that the President even mentioned his name. Obama did a short rendition of the song during a recent fundraiser at the Apollo Theater in New York City. ‘I...I'm so in love with you’, he crooned, which was met with cheers from audience. |
